He has completed his PGDM in Marketing from IIM Bangalore. Notably, he has been recognized in The Economic Times Brand Equity's ‘Top 20 Most Influential People in Advertising’ list and has earned accolades including two Grand Effies and a Grand Prix at Cannes. He is also a TEDx speaker, avid book collector, Himalayan trekker, marathoner, and long-distance cyclist.

Namrata successfully partnered clients in their growth on brands like Smirnoff, Diacore Diamonds, Standard Chartered Priority, Linen Club, Singapore Airlines, Asian Paints Royale Play, Hilton and L'Oreal Paris. She has also briefly been an entrepreneur and run her own agency as an advertising practitioner.

Russell is our current Chief Creative Experience Officer, because there’s more to advertising than a 30-second commercial. He's spent 28 years working with top creative agencies in India. Throughout his career, he has produced award-winning campaigns across diverse industries, including automobiles, pharma, FMCG, finance, and fashion. Apart from his role at TBWA, Russell has also consulted with start-ups, taught creative writing, conducted workshops, and is Co-Founder of an upcoming home and lifestyle company.

With 26 years of industry experience across different countries and categories, he excels in collaborative partnerships in planning, creative, and business management. A microbiology graduate with a postgraduate degree in advertising, Amit has also received education in Gender and Sexuality studies from the University of Amsterdam. He has led strategies for businesses and brands across sectors. He also leads the DEI agenda for the Omnicom Group and sits on the Omnicom Global DEI council. Amit is deeply passionate about the arts and classical music, and has explored life as a part-time farmer, designer, and performer.
